the best gelato in italy

finding new gelato places has been my favourite part of living in italy these past couple of months. it is so interesting how each place has their own specialty flavors for each time of the year. the food is so fresh here that they don’t even make strawberry (fragola) gelato unless the strawberries are in season.

my personal favourite flavours are:

-stracciatella (italian chocolate chip)

-fragola (strawberry)

-fior de latte (the flower of milk)

-nicciola (hazelnut)

-limone (lemon)
