My visit to DC & Spa for a manicure left me quite disappointed. While the atmosphere was pleasant and the salon looked promising, my experience with the manicurist was uncomfortable. The lady working on my nails seemed inexperienced or perhaps inattentive, as she repeatedly removed my skin during the process. This made the entire manicure feel uncomfortable and less enjoyable. I appreciate their effort, but the lack of attention to detail made my visit less than satisfactory. Hopefully, they can address these issues to provide a more enjoyable experience for future customers.
