The REAL costs of Positano, Italy 🍋

Positano is such a dream, and I know many of you are probably planning some type of Eurosummer vacation!! Although it is more expensive than most other euro destinations, it is so worth it. Here is my breakdown of the costs of a trip to Positano so you can be ready for when you’re there!

🧡 HOTELS — probably will be the highest / most expensive part of your budget if you’re looking to stay in Positano. If location isn’t that big of a deal to you, you’ll save hundreds by staying at neighboring towns such as Praiano, Salerno, Sorrento, and even Ravello!

🧡 ACTIVITIES — boat tours, vintage car rentals, the iconic day clubs are all EXPENSIVE. Expect to pay upwards of a few hundreds to experience these quintessential Italy experiences. There are some free beach areas, so I recommend doing at least 1 beach club for the experience and then decide whether or not it’s worth it for you. Sunset boat tour is a must

🧡 FOOD & DRINKS — you can actually eat well for not super expensive. There are some pizza shops that have 10€ pizzas and 5€ aperol spritz. But at the really nice bars, expect to pay up to $40 a drink!! Make sure you make reservations if you’re going during peak summer!!
