Is this job worth it 🤔 ?

I’m a unit secretary at a hospital which I really like it a lot BUT….. it’s only part time 24 hrs a week and the schedule is a mess(example work sat off 5 days come back Fri and Sat) . I drive 45 minutes there and back. I live in Cali and the cost of living is outrageous and I have 5 kids 😩. Not sure what to do!!!

Is it worth it?
