Birthday shoot @ Annyeong Self photo studio

It’s turned 23 last 11th of November aka 11.11 and I wanted to do a birthday photoshoot 🎂🥳 It’s my first time visiting a self photo studio and I surely had fun 🎉📷

A brief background on a self photo studio, it’s like a modern version of a “photo booth” but instead of having just a printed photos, you get digital copies, you are your own photographer 📷 in a single tap of the remote. There are many self photo studios around Manila and the first one is Atomm studios ✨ But since I live in the province, I’m so happy my first experience is in Annyeong studio in Lipa City, Batangas my Hometown 🎉🫰🏼❤️

It was actually easy to reach it’s near Robinsons Lipa, located in the building beside Astra fuel gasoline station. Really loved the place 🫶🏻✨ because of its aesthetic and cozy ambiance. There was a photo wall, portraits of previous customers. The waiting area was a pink and teal design, really loved that area it looks like the ones in Pinterest 🥰 There were mirrors that we can take mirror selfies while waiting for the shoot sched (circle mirror and led wavy mirror) ✨

🤑📷 Price of the photoshoot

I had the Jeju package which was ₱750 and additional ₱300 for the raw soft copies where I had a total of 180 photos, not bad for 20mins allotted time to shoot 📷🫰🏼❤️ It also included a 4R picture and two photo strips and one choice of background which is red. The Seoul package costs ₱1,350 with 3 background changes, all copy of raw photos, 2pcs of 4R print, 4pcs of photo strips ✨ The best is to have a reservation instead of walk in, they have accommodating staff and easy interface if booking website.

🦂📷 Concept of the photoshoot (What I wore)

Since I was born on 11.11 which the zodiac sign is “Scorpio” 🦂🖤 I was inspired by it and made it the theme of my photoshoot. My hairstyle is inspired by the y2k trend, bubble braids because it looked like the legs of a scorpio 🦂 Had a brown smokey siren eyes look matched with a classic bold red lipstick 💄💋 The iconic part of my whole look is the Scorpion head dress which is actually an anklet I got from Shein that I repurposed as a head dress 🦂🖤✨
