His first step to recovery

H started his journey by booking an online counselling session via Zoom with CPH Online Counselling. After the Zoom session, the counsellor told H that online counselling is not suitable for his case and referred him to the National Addictions Management Service (NAMS) at IMH to book an appointment. Fortunately, he could get an appointment just 3 days later (including weekends).

Today is his first consultation with NAMS.

As for our couple therapy, the waitlist is at least 6-8 weeks long at the FSC so we are seeking paid services instead to get help asap.

I cried a lot too today, wondering how long this journey will take and how long I can hold on for. Sending hugs to everyone who is struggling and trying their best to fix a broken relationship. Let's not give up and remember to take care of ourselves too ❤️
