Columbus Coffee: your next Upp Thomson hangout? 🧐☁️

A gorgeous muji-inspired space along the Upper Thomson cafe stretch, Columbus was PACKED and bUSY even on a weekday afternoon! 😰 Despite making a reservation, we had to wait for a lil bit before they managed to clear our table and get us seated.

I loved this so much!! Tasted like a chicken stew that was so comforting and hearty. 🫶🏼 The earthy mushrooms and charred potatoes were also such a yummy touch. 🤤 The serving was a little smaller than expected though - though we ordered it to share, I think it might be a little too small of a serving if one were to get it as an individual meal.

This was… not impressive at all. 😥 Defo did not look like what we’d expect, and the dish ended up being wet and soggy bc of the eggs, and got a little harder to finish towards the end of the dish when it was just soaked in liquid. 😓😓

These were decent, nothing too fancy but it was simple and no-frills! Tasted like what you’d expect from waffles and ice-cream. It was a good end to our meal though! 😋😋

Did I enjoy it? Yes, but I probably wouldn’t head back anytime soon. 😔 The prices felt a little more on the higher end as compared to other cafes around the area - and the servings also felt slightly smaller. It’s definitely a great place to unwind if it were a little less crowded. 😌 I loved the window seating, and since it was a corner outlet there’s defo a lot less people passing by, which affords the place more privacy and comfort. 🤎
