Greek inspired tale of a strong woman Clytemnestra

Hello bookish lemonade!

Clytemnestra. She is the daughter of Sparta, and as women of Sparta they are trained to at least defend themselves and not just be the typical submissive women. But however, when the situation come things are expected as usual. She fall inlove with a man both strong yet respectful of her stands and opinions. But the greedy of those around her leads to tragedy after tragedy.

Mother’s love is the ultimate love ever. Clytemnestra endured the trauma and continue being strong while silently brewing revenge for a long time. This takes patience of a saint and beyond.

Women are capable even without support. If they are giving options and support, they can achieve so much more.

Some women shake the world by being silent, some by flaunting their capability. There are no correct and incorrect way of doing things. The journey might be different for each individual.

True love is something so precious that some people just so lucky to have it and keep it and some are unfortunate to find it and lost it 😭😭😭

Another book in Greek inspired literature that made me cry. This worth a read and especially after I read Circe and compare with it.
