As someone who can’t be alone without her headphones & gets anxious in a big crowd of people— especially without company, it took me a really long time to feel comfortable hanging out by myself 🥲

Though it still scares me sometimes, I’ve made it a habit to bring myself out for a date at least once a month hehe and I’m sooo happy to say that I’ve found joy in being alone! 🫶 It makes me so happy that I can go anywhere I want and do anything I wish without having to think so much 🥹

I recently brought myself out on an impromptu half-day date to the ArtScience Museum where I visited three ongoing exhibitions— Sensory Odyssey, Sneakertopia & The Starry Sand Beach VR!

Took around 3 hours in the museum and it was honestly really therapeutic 😮‍💨 especially Sensory Odyssey which uses your senses throughout the exhibition and the sound made by the insects/animals strangely made me feel at ease HAHAHA

I wish I could video the VR for y’all though 🥲 it was so pretty and really felt as if I was in the short film! 🤩
