The Correct Bathing Sequence ,don't get me wrong

It turns out that this is the correct bathing sequence.Bathing is one of the activities that can make the body fresh again after a day of activities.However,it turns out that bathing also has a sequence.The following is a good bath sequence, that's right...let's check it out...

1. Wash your hair

If today is your schedule for washing your hair, do it at the start or first of the shower. Wash your hair with shampoo🧴and don't forget to do a gentle massage on your head,then rinse your hair thoroughly.once clean you can apply conditioner to your hair.Let's stand a few moments then rinse it.

2. Brush your teeth

After washing your hair and using conditioner, the next correct sequence of bathing is brushing your teeth.

Clean your teeth using toothpaste with circular motion all over.After then rinse your mouth so that the remaining toothpaste is gone.

3. Shower your body

Wash your whole body 🧼🧽 with water and apply soap to your skin, the soap can be bar or liquid soap like me.There are several parts that can't be simply cleaned with soap,one of which is the female intimate organs.The reason is the vagina can be irritated if cleaned with soap carelessly.

Besides the vagina,arms & legs should be no need to be soaped frequently because it can makes skin dry then rinse it.

4. Wash your face

The last sequence of proper bathing is washing your face. Washing your face can clean up the rest of the shampoo 🧴,soap or toothpaste attached to it face.
