Firstly, they would give you a checklist which you would tick accordingly to your needs and afterwards you get to choose which cleanser you wanna make! Choose either Yujamong or Mugtree (i regretted taking yujamong because mugtree was so much better and it MADE MY FACE RLY RLY SMOOTH)
Afterwards, they would help you do a FREE skin analysis and they would tell you the severity of your skin conditions on the sheet of paper 📝 (TIP: keep this paper as you can go to their flagship store beside and ask the staff which products are best suited for ur skin concerns!)
Next, you will just have to follow instructions (as shown on the pictures) on the recipe card given to you and there would be a staff guiding you along the steps and assisting you if you need help! All these took about an hour!!
Once you are done, the staff would ask you to do a google review of your experience and you can receive the scratch card & one tub of body butter & body scrub! For the scratch card, proceed to the flagship store beside and the staff would give you the freebies!
ON TOP OF ALL THAT, because you made your own cleanser, you are entitled to 50% OFF their yujamong or mugtree collection products mainly their ampoule & souffle cream which i bought the set for 32,000 KRW (U.P 62,000 KRW) & they would give you a FREE WHIPPED pouch + FREE mini cleanser (which I got the mugtree one)
ALL IN ALL, super duper worth to go with all the FREEBIES given and the products are GOOD to use as well, 10/10 experience! 😩😩
