White Noise Machine for baby’s

The benefits of white noise are obviously great. Assists in deep sleep, eases anxiety, insomnia, ADHD. It will put you in a relaxed state. It creates awareness, improves mental clarity, and creates positive sleep associations for babies!

White noise mimics the sounds baby’s have already heard inside of the womb.

These machines have the ability to mimic a summers night or even a fan!

It’s a very common practice to help sleep train your baby! My son co-sleeps with me, but we still use white noise.

It never fails when we use it, it takes him about 5-10 minutes and he falls asleep.

You can purchase many different types, but I got a cheaper one off Amazon! It changes colors, and is touch activated on the top. It even has an app to change the noises.

He also loves the fireplace sound effect which isn’t quite white noise but there is many different sounds to choose from.

Many people get aggravated when baby’s start to get too dependent on certain things. This will cause a dependency!

I don’t mind it, especially if we’re nothing getting a good nights rest.
