One Pot Cheesy Taco Rice

Ingredients:

• 1 lb ground beef

• 2 taco seasoning packets

• 1 can of corn (drained)

• 1 cup salsa

• shredded cheese

• 2 cups white minute rice

• 2 cups chicken broth

Directions:

• Brown 1 lb of ground beef then drain it

• Add in 2 taco seasoning packets (mix that together) then add 1 can of drained corn, 1 cup of salsa, 1/2 cup of shredded cheese

• Mix that up then add 2 cups of white minute rice and 2 cups of chicken broth

• Mix it up and top it with some more cheese

• Turn the heat down to low then cover it and let it cook for about 10 minutes!
