CUTTING BLONDIES HACK!

Are you tired of your baked goods sticking to the knife of not cutting smoothly?

That always used to happen to my until I started doing two hacks.

Whenever I am cutting Blondies, I use these TWO hacks!

1. Let the blondies cool

By doing this it allows the knife to cut through without dragging blondie pieces along with it.

2. Use a PLASTIC knife!

This is the main hack. I don’t know the science behind it, I just know it works!
