HACK: How to ripen bananas quickly 🍌

Need ripe bananas for banana bread?

Try this trick!

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F

Add aluminum foil or parchment paper to a baking tray.

Depending on the recipe, add as many bananas as you need on the tray.

Bake for 5 minutes

Remove from oven and flip

Bake for another 5 minutes

Remove from the oven

The bananas should be dark brown/black color

Let the bananas cool to room temp and use in the recipe as directed!
