HOW TO MAKE

1. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, pistachios and dried cherries

2. Add olive oil and honey

3. Mix until combined. The texture should be smooth and creamy

4. Add the mixture to a piping bag or use a spoon to spread on slices of toast.

5. Top with extra cherries and pistachios!

6. (Optional) Add a drizzle of olive oil

7. Enjoy!
