HACK: CRISPY OVEN-BAKED POTATO CHIPS

Craving potato chips but want something that is healthy?

Make my oven-baked potato chips!

They’re delicious and incredibly easy to make 👌🏼

INSTRUCTIONS ⬇️

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F

2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick

3. Slice one russet or medium/large gold potato in circle slices that are 1/4 inch thick

4. Place the potato slices flat on the foil

5. Spray the top of the potatoes with nonstick

6. Once the oven is preheated, put in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes or until the side down of the potato slices are golden and crisp

7. Remove from oven and flip

8. Put back in the oven for 8-12 minutes or until the other side is golden

9. Remove from oven and top with flake sea salt

10. Enjoy!
