Hi girlies! I’m back again with another post and this time around, I’ll be sharing 4 healthy morning habits that you can follow! If you check off healthy living habits at the beginning of the day, it often creates morning motivation that carries over into the afternoon and evening hours! Getting your day off to a good start can often mean the difference between accomplishing your daily goals and just “going through the motions” absentmindedly! So what are 4 healthy morning habits? Read below!

#1 Pray

First thing first, start your day with the essentials such as praying! Not only will you feel complete but also blessed and ready to start your morning with motivation and positive energy! It will also decrease your anxiety and make you ready to take on the day!

#2 Eat breakfast

Next up, eat breakfast! It is crucial to never skip breakfast because otherwise, your cognitive abilities will not be fully functioning for several hours! Us adults especially need a hearty breakfast, as the morning meal will help us focus in the classroom or the office!

#3 Write to do list

Moving on to the next tip, write a to do list! You can do this to help you break down the important tasks you have to complete on that day! This will also make us focus and be consistent in completing the task of the day!

#4 Drink water

Last but not least, drink your water! Of course you have to start your morning by rehydrating your body! Your six to eight hours of sleep is a long period to go without any water consumption! Drinking two or three glasses of water right when you wake up is a good way to rehydrate your body quickly!
