Recreating Victoria Beckham’s outfit for less??!

Victoria Beckham’s style has evolved over the years, most notably from her Posh Spice days! But even after that, she shifted her look from sexy and glam to chic and minimalistic, in a largely transformative way!

Today we know her as a modern fashion icon, not only due to the massive success she’s had as a designer and business leader, but also because she’s set the bar for what it means to own your sense of style! She knows what works for her frame and what she’s comfortable wearing, it’s become her signature look and she doesn’t deviate!

For this post, I’ll be recreating one of her iconic looks that has been her signature outfit! She wore a white button up with a long black skirt! As for accessories, she chose to wear black sunglasses, black structured bag and black heels! Best part of this outfit is that it’s suitable to wear even for those who wear hijab! But with a little twist of course! I’ve always loved how minimalist and classy Ms Beckham's style is! Definitely one of my favorite fashion icons that I look up to up till this day! So without further ado, let’s get into it!

White button up:

As for Ms Beckham’s top, she wore a basic white button up with a little twist of her own! She folded her sleeves way up till her upper arm! Which creates a more sleek look! And if you notice, she loves to wear the collar loose! So it gives that effortlessly sleek kinda vibes! So to recreate this look, I wore my white button up as well from H&M and it can be in any brand! As long as it’s white, to best recreate her style! I also folded the sleeves up till my upper arm and let the collar loose! For my hijab girlies, you can wear a white inner to pair with the white button up!

Black skirt:

Moving on to the bottom, she wore a long black skirt that is super flowy and posh! To recreate this look, the important piece you must have is definitely a long skirt like hers! Which is why I chose to wear a black skirt in wool blend material to match hers! The skirt I chose was so similar to hers! This look is super easy to recreate because they’re all basic and simple pieces that you probably already have in your closet!

Structured bag:

As for her bag, she wore a leather structured bag in black! To recreate this look, I chose to wear a structured bag as well as in black to match hers! She also only holds her bag with one arm which if you asked me, makes the overall look more chic and sophisticated! So for the bag, you can just wear any structured bag you have and just make sure it’s in black as well!

Heels:

For the heels, she wore suede black heels which covered her whole feet! Now to recreate this look, I chose to wear a black heels as well but with a little twist of my own where the tips of the heels are actually in metallic silver! Definitely makes the whole outfit more classy! For the footwear, you can just wear any black heels you have and definitely a bonus if it’s a pump design!

Sunglasses:

Lastly, for her accessories which are her glasses, she wore ribbon frame sunglasses in black! To substitute the sunglasses, I chose to wear my cat eye frame sunglasses in black to create the sleek and stylish look! You can go choose any sunglasses you wanna wear to recreate this look but of course, it’s better if you have a ribbon frame sunglasses!
