🍌🥜🍫 Banana PB Chocolate Bark

Ingredients:

* 2 Bananas, sliced 🍌

* 4 tbsp PB powder🥜

* Water

* 1 tbsp Confectioner Sweetener

* 4 tbsp No Sugar Added Dark Chocolate Chips 🍫

* 1/4 cup Peanuts

Instructions:

1. Line your plate or baking pan with parchment or wax paper.

2. Slice your bananas and arrange as shown in the video on the parchment or wax paper.

3. Mix PB and Confectioner Sweetener with a little bit of water at a time until it’s a creamy consistency.

4. Drizzle or spread PB mixture on your banana slices.

5. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring often until melted and smooth.

6. Drizzle or spread melted chocolate on top of the PB mixture.

7. Crush peanuts and sprinkle them over the melted chocolate.

8. Freeze for at least 1 hour.

9. Break the bark into 4 equal pieces and store in an airtight container or ziplock bag in the freezer to prevent freezer burns.

Makes 4 servings (4 equal pieces).
