DAY 4 : FASTING HELPS ! 🥰 (6th ramadhan)

Salam All Lemonade,

I feel so honoured and happy with this achievement, tho I had doing better than this before, but we need to cheer every little effort we put, kannn? ;)

So firstly I did,

🥇to enjoy my meal with the balance portion.

🥇i still take dessert but just to taste.

🥇Remember to control , I try to keep this in mind.

And water intake at least min 2litre ! Yosh gambatte dearself letsgo 😼
