Idea for your next brunch spot- Apollo Coffee Bar!

Went down to Apollo Coffee Bar today, was only a short bus ride from NEX! I loved the outdoor sitting with lots of natural light, perfect for taking insta pics☀️

I tried their breakfast burger and lemon curd hotcakes and must say they were both really yummy!

1. Lemon curd hotcakes 🥞 $15.90

Love the sweet and sour combo so much and the lemon curd was amazing. Don’t know if it is a good or bad thing but the hotcakes tasted like those from macs but went super well with the blueberries and curd. Came with maple syrup and butter but wasnt really needed imo was very yummy on its own!

2. Breakfast burger 🍔 $18.50

A super wholesome burger not too gelat. The brioche bun was soft and fluffy and my friend really enjoyed the caramelised onions. The burger came with a side of tater tots and made for a filling meal!

I loved the minimalistic vibes of this place and will be sure to come back to try their other mains and cakes too would rate it a solid 8.5/10😎
