Just wanted to share my trip to Kuching, Sarawak. Honestly, it was a blast! We explored the city, immersed in culture, and embraced nature. Staying at the Culvert was a game-changer – it's this cool oval-shaped container like a pembentung and it felt like a tiny villa with a detached bathroom featuring a bathtub. Plus, it's only 10 minutes from Sarawak Cultural Village, a must-visit spot (get tickets on klook.com for a better deal!). I will make a separate post and review on this hotel!

The highlight? Susung Waterfall! Boat ride from Bengoh Dam, a 30-minute hike, and voilà – Jurassic World! It's stunning with hanging tree roots and the soothing waterfall sounds. Totally worth the hike. Sumpah cantik gila kat sini. Feeling2 dalam cerita Jurassic World or Tarzan🤣

Kuching's city life near the waterfront? Not dull at all – Sarawak is a food haven! The laksa sarawak was a hit for us. Overall, loved every bit of this trip and can't wait to come back for another bowl of their laksa sarawak.
