Recipe

3lbs Red Skin potatoes (peeled or unpeeled) diced and add to crock pot

In a bowl mix the following

1 block of cream cheese

2 cans of cream of chicken soup

32oz chicken broth

1tsp galic powder

1tsp onion powder

1tsp parsley flakes

1/2tsp black pepper

1/2tsp salt

Mix together and add to crock pot

4 strips of crispy bacon

6 chopped green onion
