i can’t believe this happened to us! 🫠

my god y’all, when i tell you we are KARENING OUT (like hulking out but for karen’s)

i have to call them every day and try to get an update about basic appliances that should’ve been installed already

mind you…the receipt from home depot was sitting on top of the boxes and it was shipped 5/10 and we moved in 5/13 😭 so no exceptions

i WILL call them out because i loathe these management companies (tho they’re the only ones who have even close to affordable rentals right now)

Have you ever used Mainstreet Renewal? What was your experience?

I’ve only used Progress Residential and they were bad, but not this bad. It’s taking days to get appliances installed when it took progress 1 day for our dishwasher to get installed. AND they don’t have maintence on the weekend! Just ridiculous and a super big headache

i love the house, we love the location and everyone is super friendly! the neighbor is not bothered by our loud ass, mean looking dog and there are so many families 🫶🏻 east orlando has nothing on south kissimmee, it was way too loud for me and i’m honestly so glad we moved for so many reasons
