easy microwave chawanmushi 🍳 use this saucepack!!

our eggs have never been the same after we found this egg saucepack ♥️

daiso sells 3 different flavours (scallop, shiitake, original) of this egg sauce, but they taste the same to us 😂

how we used it:

✨ original steamed egg - 1 egg to 1 pack of sauce, water (we use equal volume egg and water to make it smoother), steam while cooking rice/ using regular steam function

✨ microwaved - 1 egg to 1 pack sauce, water, microwave on high heat for 2-3min

✨ rolled omelette - 1 egg to 1 pack sauce, pan-fry into a rolled omelette

Other ways to zhng our eggs:

🐥 add other ingredients like fishcake, crabstick to our chawanmushi

🐥 add sesame oil on top
