Finding an activity for $10 and below in SG may sound impossible but it can be done!

1. Visiting Hay Diaries Farm

Entry is free for all visitors! However, if you want to feed the goats there, its $5 for a big packet of hay! You can also try goat milk if you are interested! (around $2.50 for 250ml)

2. Kayaking

There are quite a few locations around SG that lets you rent a kayak to do some kayaking! The cheapest one I found is at Bedok Reservoir, $10 for 2 hours

3. Have a cook-off

Each person has a budget of $10 to make something from scratch! To make it more fun, include an ingredient that everyone has to include inside their dish!

4.Thrifting

Been to quite a few thrifting places and here are some locations that I think are quite underrated. Challenge your friends to pick out an outfit for you below $10!

5. Buy a Board Game from taobao

They have quite alot of popular board games, not sure of its authencity but they have the exact reprint of the cards and instructions manual. Best of all, you can play the board game multiple times with different people!
