Gut health is Important!!

🌿The 2nd picture I had to screenshot from one of my videos because when my acne was bad I had low confidence and rarely took pictures of myself without makeup.

🌿Once I finally started taking action to improve my gut health, my life changed. My skin was better than ever, I rarely had stomach issues like I was experiencing before, and I overall felt 100% better.

🌿I changed my diet drastically, made it a thing to drink plenty of water, eat a lot of fruit (or infuse it in my water), and exercise a lot more. I didn't realize how important gut health was for the entire body.

🌿As I keep going on this journey, I hope someone will benefit from this and feel better too💕
