❗️Sinus Infections and diseases❗️

I did not know there were a few different forms of sinus infections/diseases, which is why I waited so long to go to the doctor.

I WISH I had known this earlier because I wouldn't have waited so long or let it become so typical for my day-to-day.

I can't go maybe 10 minutes without blowing my nose, and barely anything comes out. Or with the insides of my nose swollen, it makes it harder to breathe, and I'm constantly dealing with post-nasal drip. I can't even remember what it was like before I got this Sinus Disease.

Nothing would work for me, and I've done:

🌿Many different nasal sprays

🌿Sudafed/ Claritin

🌿Different medicines for cold and flu

🌿The Neti pot

I hope this can possibly help someone if you're going through what I have or maybe if you or someone you know get it in the future!
