If you have been following me, 2 weeks ago I was a vegan (detox) and this past week I was a vegetarian. I continued with my morning detox drink along with my breakfast and fasted (16:8) for the first 3 days and (18:6 for the remaining). Today I transition to regular KETO (omnivorous).
:: Start weight (before detox) — 130 lbs
:: Weight after detox — 123.7 lbs
:: Current — 122 (even)
:: Total weight lost so far — 8 lbs
:: Height — 5 ft
:: Goal — 105-110 lbs
I got to be honest. I was completely committed to sticking to my diet but I had a big victory with my bowling teammates and they wanted to eat AYCE Korean BBQ as a late dinner. So I did cheat but I stayed away from anything sugary and didn’t eat until I was ridiculously full. Also 3 nights in a row I had trouble sleeping. I was out of 2 magnesium supplements I take for insomnia and I feel like I could have lost 2-3 pounds this past week but I won’t beat myself up for it. I have 3 more weeks until vacation. At this pace I’m hoping to lose 10 pounds. I will post the before and after photos of each each week before I leave for vacation (Feb. 19th).
