From athlete to officer (Sukma edition)

Dari 2016 i athlete SUKMA until 2022. So SUKMA ni happen once in 2 years and limit age untuk main SUKMA adalah 21 Tahun. Jadi 2024 umur i dah lebih 21 then i try to apply jadi sport therapist untuk negeri2 yang available, then finally i dapat untuk negeri Selangor which mean not my negeri masa i jadi athlete dulu 🤣 what i can say masa jadi officer/therapist ni, mental and fizikal kena get ready, dia tak sama environment mcm athlete. Waktu kita tido pun tak sama mcm athlete, penat dia pun jangan dikata. But so far, it was a good experience for me, i learn so much with other fellow seniors and colleagues. Maybe first time dia agak hectic, tapi inshaallah lepas ni mental and fizikal more prepare than before 🤲🏻

Oh btw if you want to be sport therapist, make sure you have knowledge about first aid, strapping, ktape, kalau ada certification mcm CPR, sport massage, etc much more better 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
