i got the viral JENTLE SALON 🎀

story time!!

for the longest time, i’ve been wanting to get a solid pair of shades for myself, but didn’t want to get into the hype of gentle monster hahaha; BUT here we are now 😂

i went to gm @ ion to check out the store, and also to see if there was going to be a pair of shades that would suit my face shape, given that my face is truly quite small 🥹

funny thing is that, i didn’t even know about the jentle salon collection details (that it’s always oos) all i knew was that jennie’s collection was literally EVERYWHERE on tiktok, ig and every other social media platform you could think of.

the good thing about gm is that their SA’s are extremely helpful in helping you get a pair of shades that truly would suit you best, and i dare say there is literally going to be something for everyone, no matter what your taste profile is.

turns out, fish tail from jennie’s collection suited me the best as it wasn’t too big, and the side edge of the piece gave it a very edgy feel which was exactly what i was looking for 🎀

i’m so happy with my purchase and i can’t wait to wear it out every single day!

total damage: $450 sgd (i know it’s cheaper in korea etc but i just had to have my hands on this piece, after trying it on. i just couldn’t and don’t wanna wait any longer! 😂)
