- 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
-1/4 cup maple syrup (honey or date syrup to substitute!)
-1/4 cup oat flour or almond flour
- Pinch of salt, plus more for the top (I used flakey sea salt)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup cookies & cream protein powder
(substitute any protein powder)
- 2-3 Oreos, crushed (1 for inside & 2-3 for topping!) I used high key brand for healthier
Mix all of the ingredients together adding 1
Oreo to the mixture & 2-3 crushed to the top & pressing in. Press the batter firmly into a pan lined with parchment paper (I like using a loaf pan for thicker bars) & chill until firm— about 30-60 mins. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
