POPPI VS OLIPOP

POPPI:

Flavor:

Definitely resembles coke more than olipop however it doesn't taste like coke that much. The flavor isn't too overpowering which I appreciate however I feel like it's missing something

Ingredients:

Poppi uses a ton of concentrates in the ingredients which makes me question how "healthy" it really is. However even with a large amount of concentrates there aren't any extremely harmful ingredients

OLLIPOP:

Flavor:

The flavor is super nice. I think the cherry was a nice touch. I've had the og vintage cola one but couldn't find it in stores. I definitely prefer the cherry cola flavor

Ingredients:

Much cleaner ingredients and less sugar but still has a great flavor.

Overall I think if you are looking for a healthier alternative to regular soda or wanting to ease your way into fermented beverages either brand would be a great option. However, if you are looking for long term health benefits neither of them are an alternative to a clean and healthy diet!
