Today’s workout will help to give you a straight posture, helps with wobbly arms and also back pain!
It looks simple but trust me, it will burn your arm muscles🥵and don’t worry! doing these exercises will not give you huge muscles but helps to shape your neck-shoulder line, keep your back straight, give you toned arms and make your body look more defined😍
Each exercises is 30 seconds each with no rest. You can do a whole set and rest for 1minute before doing the next set. Do 3 sets!
