Hey lemoners! As you can see i love exercising and that’s why i have more health contents on my page lately🥰
And today’s topic is, SQUATS! I am sure most of us would want a sexy and round 🍑 right?! 😆 One of the most common exercises for 🍑 or also known as glutes is, SQUATS!
However, some of us might not be too familiar with the correct way to do it, so i will share a few key points with you guys.
🍑Start with your hips
Start by pushing your hips behind and slowly bending your knees, making sure that they are over your ankles but are not over your feet.
While doing squats, you should also make sure that your back is straight and is not too bended forward. This will only hurt your back and will cause muscle injury.
Basically, what YOU SHOULD NOT do while doing squats are:
1. ❌Back is too bended forwards
2. ❌DO NOT have your knees over your feet,
3. ❌Hips not pushed enough
And what YOU SHOULD DO are:
1. ✅DO have your back straight.
2. ✅Knees are not over your feet
3. ✅Hips pushed behind
You can also practice by leaning on a wall and slowly bend down to do a squat.
