What’s up everyone?! 🥰 Another day, another sharing from me and today i will be sharing a few back exercises that you can do to fix your posture!
As you can see, i have a slightly hunched back and this caused my posture to look ugly🥹especially if you’re tall!
Therefore, i will be sharing a few back exercises that i have been doing for the past few days.
⭐️1.
Stretch out your back and place your hands on your neck. Make sure that your arms are not leaning forward and are stretched in a straight position.
⭐️2.
Next, cross your ams on the back of your head with your back stretched out. Remember to always stretch your back in a straight position while doing these exercises!
⭐️3.
Next, stretch your arms towards your back and rest them on your waist. It will hurt for a while but i promise it’s worth it!
⭐️4.
I think this one is the easiest😂Stretch out your back and spread your arms in a V-shape putting them closely to the side of your waist.
Do these exercises every night for 3 sets with 30seconds/set and 15seconds rest in between! It will only take you less than 10 minutes for all of these exercises!
Yes it hurts😂But it’s only because our backs are hunching and are not used to these exercises. Keep doing them and you’ll get to used to it in no time!
