🇹🇭 Crispiest Thai Omelette hidden in Orchard Towers

Recently, a foodie friend of mine introduced me to Korat Thai located on the third level fo Orchard Towers. I must admit, it was pretty dodgy, plus we went nearing closing time at 9pm! Despite how iffy I was while walking in, I’m happy to report that the food lived up to expectations. A few items like the famous papaya salad was not available as the kitchen had already run out of these ingredients so my advice to you would be to get there earlier if you can 💖​🇹🇭​

We had the signature crispy Thai omelette (S$9.50), Thai Iced Milk Tea ($3), Thai Boat Noodles (Beef) ($6.50) and Deep Fried Pork with Garlic & Pepper ($6.50). Considering we came after a intensive workout, this was like heaven;s offerings served on a table. The crispy omeletee is a MUST order. Some might think it’s oily and sinful but hey, for all the right reason, if you’d ask me! The boat noodle bowl makes for a good sweater weather meal with its oh-so nourishing and herbaceous broth.

Can’t wait to be back (maybe during lunch!) to try the Tom Yum Soup, Papaya Salad, Mango Sticky Rice and more~
