WTF Spotify?!

Why is this a thing?! I pay for premium! The book I was listening to was INCLUDED IN PREMIUM!! So why do I only get a set amount of hours each month unless I pay for extra?!

Edit: please don’t judge my reading choice, I was unaware of how problematic that author was until after. I only found out about her because of the movie adaptation for It Ends With Us, didn’t even finish “It Starts With Us” once I found out
