Very bad experience with LV staff at ION

Louis Vuitton Singapore at ION. Very Bad experience with the sale staff today 25 May 2024 at 530pm when I went there to check why my bracelet broke for no reason. Sale staff PRC and Team leader also PRC and not helpful and rude. The sales staff started off by asking where is the broken area. The thing is if we know then why so we have to come down to LV? Then he retorted back that he also don't know and have to look for after market staff. That's when we waited and we saw him went off to serve other customers instead of going to check with the after market people. And when we feel something is amiss, we went to approach two (quite mature) ladies at the counter and ask for assistance. They never smile and answered back unfriendly tone "Just a minute!" Without any smile! Initially the Team Manager went to approach us and started off quite nice, but when we feedback on the sales staff who served us earlier, he immediately replied "i cant answer for him" and something along the line that "he dont care how his staff treated us". He could have tell us that he will look into it and have a word with that sales staff. But he didn't. Then when he assisted us on sending our bracelet for checking, he came back with 3 copies of receipt. When we asked the difference between the 3 receipts, he answered us very rudely WHEN I ASK THE ITEMS INDICATED IN THE TWO RECEIPT AND HE VERY RUDELY ANSWER ME 'ITS THE SAME!! ITS THE SAME!! instead of saying to me "MAY I RUN THRU THE INVOICE WITH YOU "

In my years of buying branded items like Fendi, Bvlgari, Burberry never have I encounter such a rude sale person and manager like the one in LV. THE WORST!

Uniglo service staff give better service than LV
