SOOTHING CLEANSING OIL FOR SENSITIVE SKIN

I'm a huge advocate for cleansing balms and oils! Ever since I discovered them, I have never gone back to micellar water or makeup remover wipes... They just don't cut it anymore!

However, one gripe I often have with them- they always sting my eyes 🥹 and I think I've found one that finally ticks all the boxes AND doesn't sting my eyes!!!

I previously reviewed their sunscreen HERE and had lots of good things to say about it, because it has been a struggle finding a good sunscreen that could hold up to my Supergoop holy grail sunscreen, especially since so many other sunscreens irritated my skin and broke me out!

I'm happy to report that this cleansing oil is equally soothing, and I think this brand is definitely my favourite kbeauty brand of 2023 🥹✨ sensitive girlies you gotta hop in on this!

WHAT I LOVE:

✅ removes makeup easily, no tugging

KEY INGREDIENTS:

🌱 Centella asiatica extract - skin soothing, hydrating

🌻 Sunflower seed oil - calms, soothes, reduces redness

🌺 Bergamot fruit oil - balances sebum levels, unclogs pores

🥜Jojoba seed oil - antibacterial, sebum control

🫒 Olive fruit oil - prevents skin ageing, reduces damage

💐 Geranium oil - firms skin, boosts skin brightness

🌹 Damask rose - boosts skin elasticity, skin healing

POSSIBLE IRRITANTS:

Here's a heads up to my fellow sensitive skin girlies! There are two compounds that are used as antioxidants but likely used to boost fragrance in the product.

I've been using this for 2 weeks so far with no irritation, but if you have any known prior irritants for you here, you may want to skip it!

My skin profile: I have combination + hormonal sensitive skin, with a thin skin barrier due to taking accutane.

Limonene > while it contains antioxidants/ fights sun damage, boosts skin penetrative benefits, and adds skin-soothing properties, some individuals may experience eye irritation, sensitivity

Linalool > while it is anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and reduces formation of dark spots, it may cause sensitivity and irritation
