One of my favourite Matcha lattes in SG?

Visited Hellu Coffee at Amoy Street cause I kept seeing it on my TikTok fyp 😫 and boy it did not disappoint. (Side note: the cafe was kinda small as a whole but they did have seats outside so it was okay I guess!)

First of all, my friends and I wanted to sit at the tables outside cus the view was better but there wasn’t enough space on the table so we had move in LOL but the staff was really nice to assist us and all!

What we ordered: (You may refer to the 6th pic for the menu and prices!)

- 2 Matcha Creamus 8.5/10

- White Creamu (DIDN’T TRY but my friend said it was really good!)

- Original Croffle 7/10

- Maple Bacon Croffle (my friend ordered this)

- Egg Roundwich? (what a cute name… and i didn’t try it but it was a really filling roundwich)

When our drinks arrived the staff was also really nice when she explained how their drinks worked… so basically you should only stir the bottom of the drink so that you won’t mix up the cream with the drink! There’s 2 distinct layers and you can savour the drink while enjoying the creamy foam :D I REALLY LIKED the matcha and cream combination cus it’s something you don’t see at cafes often so it was a fresh experience! The matcha was really rich in flavour but was slightly on the sweeter side (probably because of the cream!) but I still enjoyed it nonetheless. 10/10 would visit again just for their matcha omg 😌🍵

I’d recommend this cafe if you’re looking for a quick refreshment/drink near Telok Ayer! It was a nice catch-up spot too hehe. Comment down if you’ve tried out their drinks 🤩.
