FREE Yoga and HIIT classes? 😮💪🏼🏋️‍♀️👟🤫

To all my Zesties 🍋 who are looking for a gym to start their fitness journey here’s a place to try out! 🫢

Believe it or not my first big girl purchase after getting my full time job pay was a 1-year gym membership. 😳 It was time to upgrade from ActiveSG to a CLEANER gym with more equipment too.

I paid a lumpsum of $840 for 12 months at GOFIT Toa Payoh which was $70 a month! It is a nice and cozy gym with friendly members 🏋️‍♀️. What I appreciate most is that it's never overcrowded, which gives me ample space to work out comfortably and not feel too shy as a beginner as well. 🤗

What does GOFIT offer?

1️⃣ The gym provides a good selection of equipment, ranging from traditional treadmills to cable machines, and also a glute drive machine (which i don’t really see quite often). There’s also a huge functional area as well where you can stretch, skip, do yoga and more!

2️⃣ Most of the machines come with comprehensive instructions on how to use it correctly ✅ . There are also clear illustrations to educate users on the different muscle types each exercise works - very useful for a beginner like me hehe

3️⃣ There are also clean showers toilets for those who would like to freshen up after your workout 🫧🧽. And for all you gurlies!! There is a really nice changing room with mirrors and for you to take selfies🪞.

4️⃣ Lastly, the membership also offers FREE Yoga, HIIT, and other classes every morning and evening ☀️🌙! There are also beginner strength training classes for you to learn more about the different equipment and different exercises you can do in the gym.

Still unsure if you should sign up? The gym offers a one-time trial for you to have a feel of the place and then you can decide after if you want to sign up for a membership! 🥳
