the better card in south korea

hii i recently got back from seoul and just wanted to share this!

when my friend and i arrived in south korea, the first thing we did was to get a t-money card but here’s why it’s better to get a namane card

differences:

🪐t-money

- transportation card for the bus, subway, taxi, airport express bus, express bus

- t-money affiliated store

> where to topup?

- subway stations

- major convenient stores

🪐namane

- transportation for every public transport

- prepaid card that can be used in all online/offline stores

> where to topup?

- subway stations

- cu convenient stores

- namane app + kiosk

> can put your own images on your cards at namane kiosk

- there’s one at incheon airport terminal 1 at section F’s CU convenient store

/ go to namane’s instagram and go to their story highlights to find their kiosks

okay but tbh we only bought our namane card right before our flight home so we didn’t get the chance to use it, so do lmk if any of this info is wrong🥲
