44kg / 162cm? Kekurusan?

In my opinion, NO ga kekurusan☺️

Why? Karena berat tulang aku relatif ngga berat dan sisanya otot.

Weight is just a number, what's important is that u feel confident in your body & you are healthy🤍

For workout, what helps is abs workouts di youtube. Aku workout di rumah nonton daisy keech hourglass workout. Menurut aku bagus banget karena ngga overwork your obliques jadi ngga bikin badan lebar.

Untuk Full Body Fat Burn by Emi Wong aku lakuin 2 hari pertama aja di dalam 1 minggu. Untuk Chloe Ting & Daisy Keech, aku lakuin di 5 hari workout dalam 1 minggu☺️

I do have those days where i don't workout at all because i don't have the time to but i control what i eat.

For foods, aku tetep konsumsi apapun yang aku mau asal ga berlebihan! Self control is a must! Apapun yang berlebihan ngga baik yaaa.

What works for me may not work for you but... won't hurt to try right?
