So we ordered anything but mazesoba.. 🥹

Had dinner at Menya Kokoro - Japan’s most popular mazesoba chain at Suntec city the other day and it was AMAZING✨

Well,, we did not order their signature mazesoba due to diff cravings.. we tried something else!! （maybe by ordering food that is not their signature is how you know if a restaurant is truly good hehe)😚

So here’s what we think:

KATSU DONBURI 🥢

First of all, the katsu(s) are HUGE - literally 3 of them taking up half of my bowl 🥹At first was low-key regretting my choice because it was more fried than I thought it would be, but a bite into the crunchy coat changed my thoughts right away!!!😳 Unexpectedly the meat was RLY JUICY and tasted so good! Loved it so much🤤

There’s also an onsen egg, minced meat, spring onions, and ginger to go with the soft Japanese rice 🍚 - This combi simply can’t go wrong 💖🥹 it’s a 8/10!! ✨

CHASHU RAMEN 🍜

the broth with the chewy ramen was just perfect for a cold whether. The broth is just so addictive - and tasted so good!!😳There even an option for “lesser ramen, with more veggies instead”✅. The portion was still simile to an average bowl of ramen after cutting so would recommend the option for small eaters.

Do we regret not trying out their signature mazesoba? 🤔 NOPE! because their donburi and ramen were so good too✨but will definitely go back again to try their signature mazesoba and their famous soft serve that apparently can defy gravity🤣🍦recommended!
