how to take the best 0.5x flash shots ?

if you know of a gen z / are a gen z yourself, you probably have been bothered to take a 0.5x shot with the back camera & a glaring flash shot in your face!

here’s some tips to make sure your shots turn out the prettiest! instead of the occasional glaringly bright zoomed in unglams!

1. on live photos

this is to allow the choice to select another photo if you don’t like the end shot! for example, i found my picture too overexposed so i scrolled through the live to pick a less exposed one :>

2. save your live pic as a video

always end up with the cutest boomerangs regardless whether it’s the slight movements or the utter chaos in the lives! coupled with the subtle flash during the video, be prepared for the cutest yet most natural effect!

convert your live to loop, long exposure, etc as well for a different effect :o
