JB Cafe Diaries: NEW bagel specialty cafe🫶🥯

Hi zesties!🍋 Happy weekend!

Here’s a JB café recommendation for y’all fellow bagel lovers🥯 Palates & bagels opened a few months ago at the hipster area near city square mall! It’s basically THE area for cafe hopping and lots of singaporeans go there haha.

They’re famous for their savoury bagels which would be good as mains but I wasn’t very hungry so i got their sweet/dessert bagels instead!

They only have 1 sweet bagel option called Lily.

It’s a cranberry bagel with lemon cream cheese and lychee! The bagel was crispy outside and soft inside. I would have liked it to be softer and chewier but that’s my personal preference! It was still quite good:) The flavours complemented well and it wasn’t too sweet.

We also got an apple cruffin and it was not bad too! I really liked the drink i ordered- pear osmanthus! Super refreshing and you can taste the floral notes!

I’ll be back again to try their savoury bagels!!🫶
