🇰🇷Ultimate Guide To Hipster Seongsu-dong area

For those planning a trip to seoul and love cafe hopping/aesthetic places like me, you GOTTA set aside one day to visit seongsu-dong area!! It is mad happening✨

Here are the places i went to in seongsu-dong!

1/ Teddy’s Oven (Pic 2-3)

Started my day with brunch at this cafe! Gotta admit i was attracted to the cute aesthetics of the food (they try to incorporate the teddy theme in all their food!) as well as the super pretty shop front + alfresco dining area. We ordered a choc chip cookie and strawberry tart food wise. It was a nay tho haha, way too sweet! The milk tea i got was not bad!

2/ Made By (Pic 4-5)

Went shopping a bit! Made By is a stationery shop that sells super aesthetic posters, cute stickers, letter paper and more! I bought some letter paper to write as birthday cards!

PS/ they have a free mini “photobooth” at the front of the shop where u can casually snap a pic and it gets printed out on receipt-like paper haha. Won’t last long due to the quality but it was fun and interactive (& free!)😂

3/ Seoul Forest (Pic 6-7)

One of the alleys in seongsu-dong is connected to seoul forest too! Defo recommend a walk in seoul forest if the weather isn’t too hot! It was tulip season when i went and the floral displays were so pretty🥹 and of course best part is it’s free! Seoul forest is quite big so as u walk along there’ll be some animal sections as well where u can see deers, rabbits and a butterfly enclosure!

4/ Clementine (Pic 8-9)

Went back to inside seongsu-dong area to grab a drink after all the walking! Clementine is a florist/cafe in one! Love the fresh flowers on display and it’s also for sale! The cafe has real lemon trees outside too so it was quite cool. I ordered their sparkling ades, one orange and one lemon version and both were good! The lemon one was slightly better✌️

5/ Archivepke (Pic 10)

Went shopping again and visited this store which is quite popular/talked about on xiao hong shu! It’s a local korean brand that specialises in leather goods (bags, wallets etc). Price point is very reasonable for genuine leather products. The designs are rather unique too!
