🇸🇬 My FAV place for fresh, affordable chirashi don🤤

Hidden in the west, i first found out about this chirashi place as it’s in one of the few malls available in my estate! The menu is quite extensive and they have sashimi, chirashi rice bowls, ramen, some cooked rice bowl options as well as sides!

So far, these are the items i have tried:

-Salmon ikura don

Cubed raw salmon w ikura on rice.

-Salmon don

Three styles/types of salmon. Sashimi, aburi, salmon belly slices on rice

-Truffle Chirashi don

Mixed sashimi, there was salmon, tuna, swordfish, baby scallop, prawn etc. Topped w roe, chives and tamago cubes.

-Mentaiko tamago

If you’re open to various types of sashimi, the truffle chirashi would be a good option as there was a good mix of sashimi and it’s affordable at $15! If you only like salmon sashimi, go for the salmon ikura don at $20! I also always add on the mentaiko tamago for $3.90 and it is sooo yummy🥹 i’m not even a tamago fan in the first place so that says something!

Compared to chain stores like genki, sakae etc, i find this small shop to be much much better in terms of the freshness of the sashimi as well as the portion and the thickness of the slices! It’s definitely my no. 1 go to chirashi shop in SG now💖 Also if you’re dining in, each chirashi don order comes with a mini salad and miso soup, making it even more value for money!!
